Hill ec3000 took a dump... help?

Easy fix I hope? At about 90bar the burst valve starts to flutter than just wont pump any higher and its obviously from the popoff valve. Easy fix? It said something about cleaning it and to see maintance on the website but ill be damned if I can find it

7th item down. Sounds like he had the same problem and was able to fix it. Maybe you can PM him for some direction.

Mine did the same thing with less than an hour of run time, and I lost confidence in it so I returned it to PA for a refund.

Yep sounds just like mine did. You have to pull the guard off then take the airline off the top valve then remove the valve and look inside if you find a small disc like a washer with a tiny hole in the middle fish it out and with a dab of silicone grease push it back in the bottom of the valve and reassemble and you should be good

As much as I hate to see issues with the EC-3000 which I am considering, the fact that issues seem to be easily remedied does help alleviate second thoughts about the compressors long term livability.

My feelings exactly, except that I have had mine for about 3 weeks, it does appear to be something that EVEN I can work on. If everything is as simple to correct or replace as that was ... Hill definately has a winner. 

I'll use my Air Charger for bottles and the Hill for guns and as a backup.
