Hill ec3000 hours

I have only had to add silicon oil twice and not very much. Crank Case I will change the oil when it hits 30 hours even though you can run it to 50. I shoot a lot and it took a TON of fills across many guns to hit 10 hours.... I have only ever filled guns directly with mine, never pony bottles or topping off bigger bottles. I usually let mine run a couple minutes after a fill to let it cool even if it's not close to the 75 degree automatic stop before I power it down.. Before this unit I went through 3 Nomad II units in less than a year and between sending them in for repair or replacement under warranty. In that year I was without air more than I was with it... so far I have been very very pleased with this unit. Giving the unit room to "breathe" helps as well. Don't put this under a table surrounded by stuff or right next to a wall. It's fan cooled after all... it needs room to breathe and do it's thing.
