Hill EC3000 Dead

Interesting - I have made inquiries to Hill a couple times and have always got replies from Ben the next day. Once about the power cord and another about the pump not building pressure.

It is nice to have two points of contact when problems arrive, the factory and the vendor. Would be nice thou if AV would carry some of the most used (that break more often) parts so we would not have to order them from across the pond.

Oh yea, I did inquire about buying fluids before AV had them in stock. Their response, the next day, was I could buy from them now or I could wait a week or so and AV would have them in stock, which they did and I did.

@shoot44 I was surprised that I haven't heard back from Hill and I have sent two inquiries through their online form. It is a good thing to have two points of contact but in this case, thus far, only one. I am awaiting a response and I am going to see what transpires in reference to additional parts.

Just giving an update on still not having received any form of contact from Hill. Extremely disappointed to have not heard back from them after sending multiple contact forms from their website. Glad that AirV was able to address my problem.

Fly, I tell you, AirV definitely stepped up. And their response time was great as well as the follow up. I had read, on this forum, how good Hill was with getting back to individuals but I am one to show they do not.
