high powered pulsar, renagade anyone try out one of theese bad boys?????

Just bought a new .22 pulsar last month. Gray laminated stock. What a great gun. Great Daystate quality. Accurate and powerful. I mounted a Hawke Sidewinder 4-16x50 Mil-Dot IR scope on it. Sportsmatch 30mm high mounts. UTG bipod. Picture is of a 30 yard "rat eye" 5 shot group I fired with it using the JSB's.

I've the Pulsar in .177, nice gun. I use it as my field target gun, and my scores are better than I've ever been able to achieve in the past.
I've used it on ground squirrels at 50 yards and less, head shots only, and it's like Raid- kills those buggers dead.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Does the electronic valve work as well as one of my regulated guns- no. However, fps shot to shot consistency on paper doesn't seem to matter as much in this rifle as it might in another. Another thing to know, at least about this stock rifle- it pushes JSB 10 grain pellets out right around 880 fps- I'd like to get them over 900 consistently (norcal winds) but without modding the board, it's fixed at that speed. The other two velocity adjustment are helpful for me- I've a 23 yard section on my side yard where I can practice off hand, and keep the noise to a min. It's not very loud as is, but I'm not sure where my neighbors fall regarding backyard shooting.
Trigger is good, but not able to get it down to 10 oz. -- 10 oz is insane for daily shooting, but for field target, I'd prefer the lightest pull possible.
Also- the scope rail flexes. The early ones supposedly had inconsistent support. This rifle seems righteous, but I've also shimmed it with a slim piece of foam between barrel shroud and the end of the rail.
The rifle stock is very adjustable, reversible for us lefties, and has one of the easiest single loading trays I've seen. The magazine is brilliant, but if you're shooting mosquitoes, single feed is imperative- in my rifle. One of the Field target marshals where I shoot has a .22 Pulsar he hunts with. He told me about the single shot trick, and the consistency went way up.
Shot count is high- I've only chronied 54 shots and it was still rocking steady beyond that. I'm not a" fill to it's full" shooter- it seems likely to me, that the extra pressure may cause accelerated fatigue, so why push it, but it probably is a 100+ shot gun on full power.
