Muscovy duck breast is some delicious meat. I realize these are probably in some toxic suburban pond, so probably not ideal table fare, but I raised Muscovy ducks for a number of years as meat birds and they were delicious when processed properly. They are damn tough ducks though (with tender breast meat) and quite large. Sounds like a fun project and I'll also vote for the Barracudas. My Marauder shoots them well, so I imagine your Armada will too.
