Anyone have any experience with this scope? i am looking for a FFP scope and came across this model. From everything I have read this seems to be good quality and ruggedly built at reasonable price, $575.00

Always buy from return friendly dealers. It's still a scope that's made in China and I would rather lean more towards ATHLON or even Vortex for that kind of money due to the reputation and NO BS TRANSFERABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY. Just their "no warranty for the next guy" really turned me off. There's camera footage of the look through for that scope so you decide. If it was THAT good you'd see many raving about it on other shooting and optics forums.
Vector Optics Taurus 4-24x50 FFP with Lifetime Warranty was on sale for $175 at DVOR just last week. I didn't post that heads up because I was slacking off on purpose and was gonna post it on the last day Saturday as a last minute heads up but they all sold out by then. Kinda what this scope resembles IMHO. Remember you're paying retail price at $575 for the scope in question and hypothetically they are still making money if they sell it for half price.

I would rather buy a less than half off Japan made Crimson Trace 3 series from MidwayUSA for $449.48 (for a $1199.99 Japan made scope). At least there are first hand AGN member feedback on this brand.
