Hi I'm Bwalton

Hi, Baxter. I just received my new AT44S-10 QE yesterday, and you were the reason that I bought it. I will do the first chrony run Tuesday, if weather permits. I have enjoyed your videos immensely and have a couple of questions:

1. Once you get your rifles tuned the way you want, you seem to rarely get fliers. Do you sort your pellets at all?

2. You obviously know how to get the best out of your rifles and also must have great natural ability - steady nerves, good hands, etc. Have you considered entering the Extreme Benchrest competition coming up in October?

Thanks for all the kind words...no I do not sort the pellets, I just make sure of the skirts, that they are not damaged while loading. I have been shooting air rifles for over 40 years, first one no doubt being a redrider.
I have competed for years in other hobbies, rc onroad 1/10 and 1/8 scale, rc tunnel boat racing, and slot cars....Now I just want to have fun with no pressure, no stress. Not saying that one day I might enter...but for now I am retired from competitive hobbies. I practice a lot with my rifles, I think more then the average person. I hunt every week, and go to the range once or twice a week, Or shoot at home. I know how many shots I can take before the gun needs cleaning, I also know how much hold over I need for various conditions...That's only because I shoot a lot. I was strongly thinking about doing the EBR, but right now I have a lot on my plate..but I will not rule it out. One day....

Thanks Dan, and thats only because I have a BR range 5mins form my home that I can go any time. so I live thee lol We shoot no matter what the winds are, thats just more info to write down and use. Heck we even shot in the rain! A 10mph wind will throw my pellet a full mil over and a 5mph half that. Depending on the direction it can go left and up or right and down. The wind chart is what we use to determine that part. We also watch for the elevation and how hot it is... A lot of ppl do not think about thermal heat rising effect on the pellet but we do.
