I have shot 3 magazines thru my Gauntlet and now it will not fire. Umarex told me I will have to pay shipping charges to mail it back to them and it could take 3-4 weeks to get it repaired/replaced, if it is warranty. I am not a happy camper. I also have a call in to Airgun Nation, where I bought it.

UPDATE!!
Umarex did send me a prepaid Fedex label after I talked to a second rep there.
And the gun is working now.
Turns out there were 2 pellets in the barrel. Pushed them out and the gun is now firing.

Yes, do be careful when pulling the bolt back. Make sure it goes back all the way. It would most likely shoot two pellets out, but better safe than sorry. take the mag out and run the old cleaning rod down. Glad for the positive resolution.
