I have a Omega Supercharger, a 75 F Omega Tank, and a Omega Clean Air filter system. The Omega Filter came with no Instructions. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to hook up the filter in between the Supercharger and the Omega tank. After filling the tank when bleeding the compressor is it necessary to also bleed tank at the tank bleeder? I want to utilize this equipment safely and I find it hard to believe that no instructions came with the filter. A filter was in a box, is this a spare filter? Is the filter to be placed into the tube in a specific direction?
The Omega Filter was $$275.00 which is $100.00 cheaper than the Omega Filter system. There are several review that don't have good things to say about the Diablo system so I decided on the Omega Sysgtem. The Youtube videos don't cover the connecting of the Diablo system and there is absolutely nothing about the Omega system.

You are right in that there seems to be a dearth of documentation on these. I used every search trick I could think of and could not find even rudimentary instructions on the Omega. However, the distributor has the Diablo listed as an accessory to the Supercharger, and considering that the build is very similar in configuration, I searched that. Also, just looking at the filter and the compressor, the configuration itself would seem to suggest the direction to hook it up
Like the Dioblo, this filter has one end with a quick connect, and one end where the hose screws in (the hose having a quick connect on the other end. The hose with the compressor also screws into the compressor and has a quick connect on the other end which, were the filter not present. I would presume that the hose from your tank would connect to the quick connect on the filter, and the hose from filter to the quick connect adapter on your tank. I'm not even sure it could be hooked up any other way. That seems to be born out by the above mentioned video on the Diablo.
GREETINGS SCALLEN 2112 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COME UP WITH INFO ON HOW TO HOOK UP AND SAFELY UTILIZE THE OMEGA CLEAR AIR FILTER BETWEEN MY OMEGA SUPERCHARGER AND MY OMEGA 75 CF TANK. I WANTED TO SEE BETTER INFORMATION THAN PROVIDED IN THE UTUBE VIDEOS AS TO THE DIABLO HOOKUP. AIRGUNS OF ARIZONA ISN'T MUCH HELP. I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT OUT $275.00 FOR THE FILTER SYSTEM AND NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED. I WOULD PREFER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS HIGH PRESSURE STUFF. I WILL UTILIZE THE PHOTO BUT I WANTED CLARRIFICATION ON 1: WHO CAN PROVIDE THE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE AND AT WHAT COST? 2: THE BLEEDING PROCEDURE, THE COMPRESSOR BLEED IS UTILILIZED BUT WHAT ABOUT THE TANK BLEED? WHAT ABOUT WATER ETC. GETTING INTO THE LARGE OMEGA TANK?
I MIGHT BE WRONG BUT THE OMEGA CARTRIDGE CONTAINS THE MATERIALS THAT ARE CONTAINED IN THE SEALED CARTRIDGE AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF MOISTURE LEAKING ABOUT IN THE OMEGA TUBE. THE DIABLO CONTAINED MATERIALS ARE JUST STUFFED INTO THE TUBE AND MOISTURE WOULD BE LEAKING FOR CERTAIN.
I REALIZE THAT I MIGHT B E CONFUSED WHEN IT COMES TO THIS CLEAN AIR ISSUE BUT AGAIN SAFETY IS A GREAT CONCERN. YOUR POST IS MUCH APPRECIATED AND HOPEFULLY I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO WORK THIS FORUM. I HAVE A DAYSTATE PULSAR HP .25, A DAYSTATE WOLVERINE 2 HI-LITE 303, A FX ROYALE BOSS .303, A SUMATRA 2500 .22 AND I JUST PURCHASED A ATAMAN AP16 WITH BOTH LENGTH BARRELS AND POWER TUBES AND DONNYFL PROVIDED THE SUMO SILENCER AND ADAPTER FOR THE PISTOL.
