Help with wood stock maintenance.

I have a really nice Steve Corcoran red laminate stock I got for my P-Rod. The finish super smooth and very matte. I'd like to bring out a little more sheen from the wood as I feel it will make the stock really stand out. 

Any help on what product to use and what the process would be is appreciated.

A Quality product that works like a charm. Has the consistency of a liquid wax.

Probably the easiest way would be to find a high quality spray clear finish that is either satin , semi -gloss or gloss. The way you describe your stock it is flat. Satin is one step shinier than flat, semi gloss one step shinier than satin, and so on. Polyurethane would be a good tough product. I do not know what is available in your area but most good quality spray paint companies sell these. If you try this, spray a small area inside the stock ( out of sight ) and let it dry to make sure it is compatible with the finish already on the stock. If every thing looks good, spray several very light coats on the hanging stock, letting each coat dry completely . This will help keep from getting runs from to heavy of a coat. Good luck.
