Just a little quick 2c to toss in here: it shouldn't be a mystery what the twist rate for each liner is. The liners have their rifling pressed into them from the outside. If you just pull the liner out you can see the tooling marks on the outside incredibly clearly. This should make it trivial to measure.
What that means for pellet vs. slug liner I have no idea. Obviously the slug liner at least should be without as significant a choke as Bob_O mentioned,
