Help with airsoft question

My daughter is interested in getting an air soft gun - I’m hoping to avoid making any mistakes early on.

Can anyone suggest a brand or model or help me get my bearings so I can help her find a pistol or carbine that she will be proud to own.m?

I’m kind of psyched as this is her first request as far as this kind of thing goes…
