Help! valve stays closed while filling Woverine R hp from empty

I turn the pressure of my regulator up while using this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDsrhDFlQ4c&t=903s

I followed every step but when I was done I could not air in it. I cocked the gun. but when I opened the bottle (slightly) it seems it cant push the air into the bottle.

when I fully open the bottle some air will get in to like 120 bar but 90 percent gets out of the crane of the bottle. The bottle is fine because I checked it with multiple and I filled the gun yesterday without a problem.

I re opened the gun and did the step from 14:37 again but that didn;t help.

I realy hope I can solve this with help

When filling a PCP from empty do you cock the side lever so that the hammer isn’t resting on the valve, keeping it slightly open? If there is an opening air escapes through the unblocked transfer port through the barrel. The tank valve needs to be opened briskly rather than slowly when the rifle is empty in order to push the valve closed, especially if it is not cocked beforehand.
