I have a marauder gen2 .177 I installed a huma regulator in it and put in a lighter spring. Now when tuning this gun what do you suggest to do with the velocity screw and hammer stroke. If i am understanding I would need to open the velocity screw all the way, say 4 1/2 turns so there is no restriction on the airflow. Now I am not understanding what I need to do with the hammer throw screw does it need to be backed all the way out so there is full throw or does the throw need to be shortened. I have been messing with it for a week now and can not get the velocity to be consistent. going by what i have read to be the optimal setting I can not add enough spring to the gun to get it to ever start dropping off. Example today running the spring preload in on the marauder you can only go around 7 mine will go 8 turns so i started all the way out and went one turn at a time. Here was my results. My regulator is set at 110 bar.

Why is it going so low at times then back up I am just not understanding what is going on with this thing unless I got a bad regulator. Before the regulator it was getting around a 15 ES with very consistent shot string. I put the regulator in because I wanted to get rid of the bell curve and have a flat string. Any help you could provide I would very much appreciate.
