Need help removing stuck barrel....I already removed grip screw and barrel won't come off.I have Saber tac top rail installed, was maybe wondering that some tops rail screw might be to tight. But don't want to be messing around

You have to release the 6mm screw in the rear barrel housing. The M3s also had a twin barrel clamp at the front which needs releasing, but I don't think the M4 has this.

I’ve pulled the barrel out of my M3 without loosening those front “clamp” screws . Maybe the Saber top rail caused some deformation in the frame by incorrect installation. You’re supposed to tighten the screws from the middle working towards the ends.

I will lossen up the saber tactical rail screws and install again I'm like 90% sure it's that.

Barrel stick stuck, I have already remover saber tactical rail and screw and still barrel doesn't come put

Maybe put the gun upside down with the barrel in a vice WITH PADDED OR SOFT JAWS and with a small piece of wood, tap straight back on the front. Any other mods you did? like glue a carbon fiber barrel liner on?

I already did everything is just the barrel shroud I already removed barrel and carbon fiber liner, I never use locktite

The front collar is very tight. Sometimes the oring that sits there will twist and 'freeze' the housing in place. It takes what I consider too much force to remove it. A good tap at the breech with a brass or dead blow hammer will do. Start gentle with taps, not swings.

i already removed ir with small taps with brass stamp, it made a small "pop" sound when it got unstuck, I already installed hammer spring. orings on barrel seem loosen, dont know if they are damage or not.... not that I assembled everything, I put the air tank on and air leaked from barrel 
...could it be the barrel orings? I saw on other videos that when it leaks from barrel its the plenum orings

To be safe I would replace the barrel orings, Sometimes the plenum orings on the trigger group side can get nicked when installing the plenum. You need to have that section lined up square going in, using steady pressure with minimal twisting.

I read old post from this forum, and it leaked because it had no air on plenum and i changed the hammer spring, so i installed the tank and just cocked the rifle, and it stopped leaking air.... air made pressure oin plenum for it to close correctly.
