Help picking out regulator?

I try to google it and the market is flooded and when I search more specifics... all I get is warnings not to use PCPTUNES? Due to risk of blowout?

I am simply wanting to regulate a 4500psi benjiman I have had for like 4 years and never used... because it didn't come with a male to male and I forgot about it. As such, I decided I wanted to test it out and ordered a male to male (to charge it) and I would like to raise it to its highest 4500psi and regulate it to my texan ss @3000 psi

Price is a factor and quality/safety is also a concern. I would rather pay slightly more for safety/quality but I also am restricted and would not prefer to over-spend.

Looking for people's advice who has already had experience in this market. Thanks!

@EdgeC It sounds like you’re talking about tethering your Texan to a 4500 psi SCBA tank and setting the output pressure to your Texan at 3000 psi. If this is what you mean, you’d benefit from purchasing one of these external tethering regulators that are great for big-bore air rifles.

The reg in the second link will require you to buy a few fittings to set it up the way you may need it (input and output fittings). In my experience you need to know exactly what to ask for or order when dealing with Best Fittings.

He wants to regulate a gun not a tank.
No, he is looking to regulate the air coming out of a Benjamin tank he has to feed into Texan SS , presumably in a tethered manner. . . but it sure is confusing because he never used the word "tank," but it is the only thing that makes sense - Benjamin never made a 4500 psi gun, and even if they did it would difficult to use it to feed air to a Texan . . .

Yeah, reading closer with both eyes I see that. Regulated tank fill valves are pretty rare. Huben Power has an excellent one but they make some and a day later they are sold out (never made it in time). There was one on AliExpress (I have 2) but after the great reduction on offerings there due to tariffs it appears no longer acailable.
