Also try to turn down hammer spring even more and shoot 10.65 grain pellets at 880-890 FPS and see what speed is the most accurate.
Like I said before 110 BAR and 18-19 FPE looks like is the sweat spot for most 177 pellet , but I'm sure some of them like to be shoot slower or faster.

I will try that this evening, although I am not sure how much room I still havbe to reduce the hammer spring. Based on my experience last night you may well be right about the pressure and speed preferred by the .177 pellets!

Also don't hang up on to extreme spread to much ,it got me in to trouble little bit lately, 20 FPS ES at 50 yards it's only 0.2"
For example my Steyr LG 110 can shoot 0.5" groups at 50 yards with CPH 10.5 and ES 24 FPS (I know its bad for Steyr ,still working on it) but with JSB 10.3 and 13FPS ES over 1" groups
You just need to find the best pellet/speed for your gun, easier said then done but that's where the fun is.

Like I said earlier up your regulator to 110 or even 120 and see where your speed is at each HS setting. Dial HS down until your Max is at max speed, pretty simple.
like others have said .177 is so small it needs higher burst of air to get moving than .22. You can also experiment with the transfer port and put it on .25 and see if it helps with speed, to increase efficiency you can dial down the HS one setting. BUT you should get well over 900 even with monster redesign at 120 bar reg and max HS. You are almost there, just increase reg which doesn’t need degas even.
Very interesting that fx made something that people wanted (adjustability) but at the same time, it can so easily be fugged up by the same people who wanted this adjustability. I can see how people can dislike (or fear) fx just because of lack of proper information on how to tune.
