Help! My Zbroia Kozak reservoir is leaking down

I first noticed that my pressure was leaking down a little when it is topped off at 300bar. It always seamed to settle down after just a little bit without losing any more pressure but now it is going down a little too fast for me over time...

I submerged in the pool and can see the bubbles from a small release hole ... see picture... I remember reading something about this little hole a while back and know I can't remember what it is for … Suggestions?

my money is on the reg body o-ring, I would change all the o-rings on the tube at the same time, both ends and the 2 on the reg,,300 bar cause the o-rings to extrude over time

the hole is for the reg to breath/feel the outside pressure so the belleville springs are not affected by internal pressure, make sure you push the reg out towards the valve as there is a step towards the pressure gauge side

Thank you jarmstrong for the input. I ordered a Huma regulator some time back thinking I would go that route and have yet to install knowing this day would eventually come. The Huma came with a full set of o-rings. I guess it is time to install and go.

I have a 7/8" wood dowel just to push regs out, but it is so easy, you most likely are already done and aired back up by now

were you having reg problems? or just felt like you wanted a Huma, to see

I purchased the Huma reg thinking I might need to upgrade but until this slow leak showed up the stock regulator has been flawless so after 2nd thought I waited for I did not want to fix what was not broken. I will install the Huma regulator when I replace the o-rings and see if there is a change in performance.
