Local mom and pops hydraulic hose shop may just give you one if you ask them if they have a replacement "like this?" (bring yours).

I have a few that measure O.D. 19.6mm x I.D. 13.3 mm and about 2.2mm thick I got them in a spare parts bag for one of my compressors. If you need one and there the right size let me know and I will send it to you.

Thank you for your generous offer. Within 15 minutes of my post 2 forum members -- Sonny and Vinny -- had contacted me offering me Dowty seals that may fit my compressor. You guys are great. I feel quite fortunate to be a member of this fine forum.
