Pellet-Guns.com in South Africa has them listed. I've purchased several times from South Africa with no problems. Never used this dealer though.

Pellet Gun .Com web site says they don't ship internationally. Same is true with Pellet guns on line. Still hoping to hear from someone who "KNOWS".

I don't think the sanctions are the Russian airguns like Edgun or Attaman, but rather against Alfa Precision who supplies the Russian military. I might be wrong, but that is how it seems from what another member said on this thread. Bill and Addi
