Help choosing Pellets for a CO2 Pistol

I have just bought 2 Umerax Beretta 92FS's they are semi match grade pistoles from what Iv read as far as accuracy.
I just need a bit of advise..
I know pistol matches are big in England and I'm hoping some one knows the preferred pellet they use

Im thinking RWS Match Grade is going to be the best but any other suggestions would help.

Flat head / Wad cutter Vs. Domed

JSB
H&N

Any weight suggestions would really help too.

Also I have suppresser adapters for them if any one has experience shooting a suppressed pistol, pro's or con's.

If you're shooting 10 meter targets, then the wadcutter shape pellets are the best as the flat heads make nice round holes that are easier for scoring. They're also very accurate pellets at short distances.

When I was shooting 10 meter rifle, I used RWS Meisterkugeln pellets. Very good, almost match grade, pellets at a reasonable price.

I have a few of those Umarex Beretta 92fs pistols among others and though here in the USA they are not considered match grade target pistols and I like them because they are realistic replicas of the real things, in my guns, they shot cheap pellets well ranging from Gamo Match, Beeman coated Hollow Points and Crosman Premier 7.9gr Crosman Premier HP 7.9gr Crosman ponted (not 7.9gr premier pointed!) 7.4gr or old 7.9gr copperhead pointed. I have tried them ALL. The most accurate Umarex replica CO2 pistols I have for target shooting are the full size Desert Eagle and S&W 586 and 686 with the 6" barrels. I would personally shoot a 6" S&W 586 or 686 if I wanted to always win at a match.
