Help choosing a Pistol for HFT.

Hi folks,

I am looking to add Pistol to my HFT endeavors. My preference would be the Crosman 1720T, but it seems to be the elusive unicorn.

That leaves me thinking the BRK Atomic XR or the Marauder P-rod from AirgunRevisions. If you have experience with either of these in FT Pistol matches, I would be grateful if you could share your experience.

I am also interested what optics work best for ranging HFT in Pistol.

Airgun Revisions makes a 1720T out of a Marauder with a .177 Lothar Walther barrel with reg, etc, etc.

I use a TM1000 pistol for HFT and a Brocock Commander for EFT. I'm attending CEU classes today and tomorrow but will check in.

One is a AG Revisions Marauder HFT Pistol
The other is the Brocock Atomic.
