Hello from Iowa

I use a 10x12 Tool shed and do much the same. LOL But it also keeps me out of the wind and weather as well.
I had a 75 foot indoor area workshop and a back yard. I set up a field target range with spray paint lines every three feet and a movable target board.
I am very bad at shooting in the wind.

As far as air guns are concerned I don't like all the noise that goes along with public ranges but: in my area the range officers would quickly expel you for shooting or even touching your weapon if the range was cold.
There are no range officers. That is the problem. The only reason people are not injured is because people in general are responsible and there has not been a problem I have seen.

The noise is a real issue. I was allowed to go to the range at 8:00am because I was not making any noise . Fire arms started at 10:00. As soon as they started I was out of there. It makes the pulse rate go up and it’s just to loud .

I am on the edge of Ole Miss Iowa/Ill border. I would love to do the same.
It is getting g a little late in the season now. At least outside.
But over the winter we all need to spread the word and get word out.
Once we have a group or a couple people we can look for a suitable public or private place to get together.

A one Sunday a month thing in the spring summer and fall
