Not likely. A heavier pellet would stay in the barrel a fraction of a second longer so a longer ( small amount eh ?) burst of pressure on the pellet probe seal but that's it. All internal O-rings see the same pressure all the time - roughly-.
When I had a .458 DAQ I tried a slug from Mr.Hollow Point ammo and one got stuck in the barrel! Full psi, load, close bolt, cock fire, NOTHING, nopt even a small leak, ugggg. Cocked & fired again, slight leak from end of barrel, cocked & fired again and the slug came out but for a good full minute the breech seal was holding back a full charge, scary but no harm.
No sometime, heavier is also larger, think Korean heavies, if your rig has the probe o-ring inside the barrel the larger pellet scraping pushing on it may wear that seal faster but that's all I can think of.
In my experience it is very common for a pre-charged rifle to go 10 years without the need to replace any seal/o-ring.
