Heathways airgun montage

I have two of the Healthways semi-auto Plainsman BB pistols. One older than the other. The older one on top has, " 003" at the beginning of the serial number. They use the 8g Co2 capsules. Interestingly, the newer one's number starts with, " 007"!

And the Healthways MX 175 semi-auto BB Co2 rifle. It can use either the 8g or 12g Co2 capsules. Stock is real walnut!

This BB loader ramp/holder has to be reintalled by taking the rifle apart.

I posted a question recently about shaking the Plainsman 175 to reload the internal magazine and got no replies. I have a nice 175 and I shoot it often, but can only seem to get 5 or 6 maybe 7 shots before I have to shake it. And when I do, I get another 5 or 6 shots. Is this normal? Is there any known way that I'm missing to get more shots than that?

any info is much appreciated.

You need to tilt it forward every five or six shots.

The pistol on top came from my older brother's estate sale. No heat or A/C in that house for a long time. The other two I won on eBay auctions. Have to get some 8g soda Capsules and try the pistols. I have 12g capsules for the rifle. Just have to fix the loader ramp first.

The MX175 is easy and basic to work on.the loader is simple to put back in. There is a sheet metal spring that goes under it. Yours is probably missing. You will need to pull three of the valve screws one in front and two small in back I believe. I would need to look again, to get to the upper Magazine. The loader slide sits inside.
