I just realized that if you buy the Diana Bullseye ZR mount you should be able to use whatever scope you want without any fear of scope damage.

Buy it for $59.99 domestically from like Airgun Depot (Spin their DISCOUNT wheel-? maybe they still have a $10 off $50 code like Pyramidair for signup via email IDK) or $15 from Aliexpress China if you are patient enough to wait 5 to 6 weeks.

The chicom ZR knock off needs work to make it work right. I have one and had to drill and tap for set screws to take out the slop out of the rails. I did use a no brand name bundle scope on my vortec tuned m48 for a few hundred shots before replacing it with a Tasco varmint 2.5x10 cheapy. It was still working just fine when removed and the Tasco is still working just fine after at least a tin of pellets.
