I use H&N FTT 4.52 8.64 Gr. BUT measurement of head sizes vary in the tins , doesn't really matter for pesting or shooting cans but in Competitions i sort one head size for the whole match. IT doesn't seem to matter if the head size is 4.51 or .52 , or .49 as long as all measure the same for that match .

The old boxed Crosman Premier Lites are the best I've ever used in any of my HWs. They are discontinued, but if you see any snatch them up. Sorting out the undersized ones from plain old Crosmans in the tin can do pretty damn well. If you find em local and have a way to check them, give it a try.

Other than that, the usual suspects in order of JSB 7.9gr, JSB 8.4gr, and the H&N FTT are where I'd start.

One caveat to the H&Ns, don't take the head size on the tin as gospel. The tins I've checked were basically the same despite being marked as different head sizes.
