I had one on my 1720T but switched it out for 4-14X Sidewinder that wasn’t doing anything with the idea I would only shoot it at 12X for Pistol FT.
I saw that most, if not all shooters at Morro Bay last week were shooting 12X scopes, I figured I had better put the Vantage back on.
I did and, marked the wheel again, here in the yard, to 22 yards. I will add additional marks at Diablo on Friday.
The scope is supposed to focus from 10 yards to infinity but the the wheel has to turn a bit from the indicated 10 yards on the parallax knob before it focuses at 10. Hmmm
I put a target at 8 yards and focused very well on the smallest detail at 8 yards.
As I have drop data for 8 yards using my 10.34 pellets, off the bag, I touched off three…
