I am 67 and the last day of August, I'll be 68 !!!
Well the focused ultrasound neurology surgery went great except for one screw went in to far (broke the skin) .. 4 holding the frame on.. Had to shave my head.. Had more hair when I was a baby !!!
The effects are immediate and they test you thru out the process.. You know the spirals, straight line and sighing your name 3 or 4 times during the test .
They adjust the ultrasound while testing your tremor.. So far 90-95 reduction in tremor on my dominate side..
They can only do one side at a time the after 6 months, they can do the other side..
Only side affect is swelling of my left side of my face around my eye.. Looks like I am recovering from a black eye...
By the way I can now load a .177 mag now with my right hand !!!! That is one of the reasons I have .30 and a .457 !!
