Have Heli board installed. Won’t shoot. Help

I have an a couple month old red wolf Hi power. Just received my Heli board and installed it. The display is working fine, see picture below. When I pull the trigger it doesn’t fire. Yes I’ve tried to safety in both positions. And moved it back-and-forth. I installed the extra little wire for test shooting, then removed it. Currently it is not hooked up just the board is hooked up. I just wanted to shoot.

Agree with CC. That red jumper may be the problem. It was a pain to get out for me!!!

I had the prior version HP, so mine was power level 11, that gave me 980 FPS for the best shooting. That being said, the factory high setting at 940 was very close to as good. But... the HB setting that was around 950 wasn’t as good as the factory setting of 940 or the 980 setting.

I have a 22 RW HP that's an EBR record holding winner that shoots 25gr JSB redesigneds at 940fps optimum but it's been programmed specifically for this speed.

Which record? Probably the American Extreme Field Target, correct? Very well tuned gun. That gun was not the newest gen2 board that allows higher power. Most good shooters that use the RW HP are shooting around 975 to 980 FPS at the 100Y BR events.

Agreed Didn't want to fool around with it so parked it and I bought another and Heliboard.

Haven't any of you heard? These are all outdated, obsolete garbage now with the Delta Wolf out.

I'm willing to help though I'll take all these discarded scrap guns for 100.00 each. Just PM me for mailing address.



I have had several RedWolves and loved them all. Should have kept the last one after I installed the Heliboard. I now have a MK4 with a Heliboard, of course, which is even older and sweeter shooting. Absolutely loving it. The only downside is they don't have the same top-end power available but they are so beautiful and refined. In .177 up to 30 FPE I couldn't ask for more other than trying to find a lefty or ambi stock.

I love it when the new guns come out. It opens a whole new market for me of well-sorted guns with all the bugs worked out.
