I have to say, my little $60 Bear River plinker has been the most fun gun I have since I got it. I love being able to sit down and plink away with any pellet I can find on sale, no worries about it being too dangerous, and just flat out having fun. So, what's your favorite el cheapo that you shoot more than anything just because it's fun (if you have one of course).

Here's mine, it broke, I rigged it to keep on ticking, did I mention it's cheap? Cheesy made plastic to hold the scope failed quick but for 12-14 fpe gun it's pretty accurate and fun.

I have a sub 12 fpe FWB P70 that I shoot flies, hornets, and other small game with... on a few occasions I've lost track of time and spent most of the day plinking

A $114 delivered to the door Gamo big cat 800 in .25 caliber. It loves Air Arms 25.4 and H&N Spitzkugeln. Not hold sensitive and remarkably accurate to 40 yards. Also have a Terrus I bought for $99 used that shoots JSB 15.89 like a laser and the kids and grandkids find it easy to cock and shoot.

Marksman0035. I took off the OEM sight and put on a patridge sight from an M1 Carbine.

Took off the rear open sight and put on a William's peep sight.

I also shortened the stock by an inch. Its very accurate and a lot of fun.

I'm currently refinishing the stock. 

$50 used from a pawnshop.

My Crosman 187 Co2 rifle retailed for $21.95 BRAND-NEW in the 1960s, was a kid-oriented version of the more-adult Crosman Model 160, and I shot only a few rounds through it when looked like this-

Define cheap. My Diana Bandit takes the cake for being extremely accurate with any 177 wadcutters I throw in it. Also almost the cheapest gun I have.

Put a "Walther copy" 23" barrel w/1/2x20 threaded muzzle.( Can't remember off the top of my head from where...came from the UK) It's one of my starling swatters.

With a Donny Fl Tatsu, all ya hear is "click" ..."SMACK!"

For the rifle, I would have to give the nod to my XS-12 Springer (The poor mans R-7) from Flying dragon. Its a great accuate smooth Plinker for $105.

For the pistol, my Nod would go to my $60 Buck Mark Browning which IMHO, is nicer than my P-17. I can get off 3 shots with the BMB while my friend is still trying to load his P-17 without bear trapping his ballsack.

I forgot. I would say probably one of the best Plinkers would be anyone who bought a nice used $100 Daisy 887 from the Civilian Marksman Program (CMP)

Choking laughing. p-17 is dangerous just trying to get it ready to shoot not to mention the razor sharp rail that i sanded the crap out of the first day I got it. Plenty of noob friends have clamped hands and legs lmao.
