Hatsan Hatsan Warranty Useless

I bought a Hatsan Velox PCP pistol. Won't take a fill. I am not going to fix it myself. Contacted Hatsan multiple times via their website over the past 60 days. Finally received a vague email from Hatsan's "Shane". What he recommended did not work. Now Hatsan has ghosted me. What a poopty company.

Their warranty is frankly fraudulent. Too late to return it to the dealer.

yes! i’ve been preaching this before too. there was a plastic trigger box housing on a gun i got from them and when that failed and misfired into the wall next to me, i tried contacting them. nothing. no response. i had the gun for 2 months. shady and irresponsible
I may have to pay to get it working. Real garbage, Hatsan!

I've been trying to order a couple parts sept 4 no word till sept 11 apologize for not contacting me. Tells me they got the parts ready. Sends a link to pay and the link didn't let me pay just sent me back to hatsan. So with that I told them to forget the parts order I'm done done done Hatsan USA and anybody that works there.

Sometimes it is best to cut one's losses. I don't want to throw out a brand new pistol, so I will get it fixed. Warn others! I am.

(By the way, this is how Class Action lawsuits are born . . . )

I would still contact the vendor you purchased it from and let them know you aren't getting any help from Hatsan. They may take it back and return it Hatsan. They may decide to drop the Hatsan line if they get too many complaints. Or, they may just ghost you like Hatsan did, seems to be the way of the world these days...

I'd also contact my CC Company, if that's how you paid and let them know you received a defective product and aren't getting any help from the vendor or the manufacturer. They may have you send it back and do a charge back to the vendor. Most CC's these days come with some sort of purchase protection.
