After several thousand pellets, I noticed that the magazine was a little loose and the mag holder was not applying enough pressure to adequately secure the magazine. I discovered the grub screw that adjusts the mag holder tension. Counterclockwise increases the tension against the magazine and holds it tighter. Clockwise decreases the tension. Half a turn counterclockwise and issue remedied.
