HATSAN Sortie does not load the projectile

Hi !

I got a used Sortie and it was in a very worn condition, it works with the hand pull, but it doesn’t fill the projectile with air, the charging bar doesn’t go back enough, the magazine can’t turn! He pulls up the hoe, it works again, only a projectile does not get into the pipe! Maybe your holes are worn out? I wrote HATSAN USA service, I got the answer, take it to HATSAN service, well, it's not in Hungary? Does anyone have any idea what to do ...... beyond throwing it in? P.s .: I have taken it apart so many times that when you see the rifle, it starts to break apart on its own

This is how I got my Sorties to work.

1. Remove grease from gear box and lubricate with a gun oil.

2. Use a heavy pellet over 20 grains.

3. Turn muzzle cap counterclockwise 4 turns from full in.

4. Fill to no more than 2000 psi

5. Turn hammer spring clockwise until it stops then turn counterclockwise 6 turns.

Thanks for the "overseas" answer, the suggestion, I'll go and give it a try, but I'm afraid the Sortie case is worn out because the last 10mm gets stuck, it almost "jumps" when I pull it by hand. But I'll try, thanks again - PPJL

I've polished every moving part on mine. Any wear point or friction point. The bolt, hammer, and gas ram. Polished the gear and the racks, too.

I use a sparing amount of silicone grease. Gun oil was not doing it for me, but is definitely way better than how it came packed with grease.

Hi! I switched my PC back to English so maybe it will be a better translation than on the Forum! I tried the suggested things, it doesn't work anyway, even though I even took out the piston spring! There's a rod somewhere! Should I try to polish the holes in the case?

Does it cycle smoothly when done by hand? See if it's binding up somewhere... Maybe a part is crooked or bent? I polished every single contact point in the gun

No, if I pull it back by hand, it stumbles and the latter "jumps" at 5-10 mm. think the holes should be sanded because I polished the rods?
