Hatsan Regulator Vs Huma reglator: Have to call it like I see it as always....
First off let me start by saying I was not happy with regulators till I tried a Huma reg. I went to Hatsan an offered them an opportunity to employ the Huma regulator to their air rifle line
I guess they felt that they could do better or did not think that I knew what I was talking about, What ever the case may be they took another road, and let me tell you it was not the high road.
1, The reg is twice as heavy as the Huma reg, I know that they like stuff on the heavier side, but give me a break
How much does aluminum cost

2, The Huma Reg can be adjusted with ease from100bar to 180bar! The Hatsan good luck! It does not stop there.... The Hatsan reg gives you a false plenum
The plenum is loaded with space taking internals. while the Huma is not and can be expanded at any time by just calling to supplier.

3, While the Hatsan Reg screws onto the back of the valve, The Huma butts up to it while allowing room for modifications to the valve and adding extra plenum as an extension to the valve.

4, Performance was no contest.... with the amount of space taken up inside the plenum area no matter how hard you try, the Hatsan reg can not produce good numbers.

Very disappointing to say the lease.. I bought one and now seeing that I am going to have to modify it some way for it to be usable.
