Hatsan Parts

Well no I have not.... depending on what gun you have. (Springer?) id look for aftermarket upgrades. Stuff like seals and springs. As far as screws and other fasteners I replace with good American made ones. Even if it means re-taping a hole to SAE. Lastly, repair or make a new part yourself. I recently silver soldered a sear I broke on my Prod so I could shoot the gun while waiting for the replacement. Got the new part and the old part is still in the gun working just fine. Front stock bolt on Hatsan Mdl 95 with new better locking screw.

perazzisc3: I've had to get parts for a Hatsan or two and use their web site for all correspondence. It works well. Like any site I've been on the first visit can be confusing - what happened to industrial standards? The first querry about availability or price can take 2 or 3 days for a response, but after that it goes fine. If you bought the gun through an online supplier they may supply parts, too. Persevere . . .

Yeah, as stated, ONLINE is the most direct route with Hatsan USA. All phone calls to them are an exercise in frustration! Anything I've ordered online was delivered quickly.

Customer service is one of the main reasons I got rid of all my Hatsans! You can look up exploded diagrams of their guns & get the proper part #'s. (That's IMPORTANT! )

I tried that, the customer service where I purchased the rifle claims she can't get in touch with them either and she said she doesn't carry parts.

Maybe you can give me a tip or two on how I can get rid of my hatsan also

I’ve never had a problem contacting hatsan. Just yesterday I contacted them via email to replace my digital gage in my compressor. I didn’t hear back by this morning so I filled out the online form and within an hour I get an email reply saying a new gage is on the way. They have always been awesome to deal with!

I’ve found that filling up the form on their site under warranty and safety, then waiting a day and following up with an email works best.

I bought my last Hatsan as well. I bought a Dominator from Hatsan USA, and a can of pellets later it grinds bad when cocking it. After a couple emails they asked me to send back a two month old rifle on my dime for repair. It was test fired and sent back without any inspection. Within 5 rounds it was still doing it, and no reply on who would pay for shipping when it failed. Too bad, it is an accurate rifle, just broken, and no follow up service. Glad it was on sale, minimized my loss.

Any stuff I've sold has been through American Airguns Classifieds. I know they've got a rep for scammers but I state my payment method (PayPal) & ANYONE who offers cashier's checks, direct deposit, etc. gets ignored. I've never had any issues & my guns sold quickly (.22 AT44,.22 BT65, .25 BT65 & a .30 Carnivore). As long as YOU dictate payment & shipping methods & customer adheres to that there should be no problems.
