Hatsan mod 125 .25 cal and field supply warranty/return policy help

So recently i have been looking at the Hatsan mod 125 (*not sniper) .25 cal from field supply for $200 and i have a few questions. First, will this model have a warranty from Hatsan and for how long, and if not, does it have any warranty at all from field supply. Secondly, i would like to know the cocking effort of this gun as well as if the .25 is worse then then .22 in accuracy, and what are the fpe differences because i do want to hunt with it as well as have some fun blowing stuff up

*Also, does the .25 cal version have enough energy to cause baracuda hunter pellets/predator poly mags to expand, and if not, how much fpe is required for them to expand?

I know you can get new and refurb air rifles direct from Hatsan USA website. It is probably cheaper too. I got one, a Dominator vortex carbine in .22 for under $200 shipped to the door. Refurb is 90 day warranty, new has standard one year.
