Hatsan Lightning/Tuxing

Pardon me if this point has already been shared but I'm shopping g for an air compressor and it's pretty obvious that the Hatsan Lightning is a rebranded Tuxing 2 cylinder air cooled model TXEDT032. The top is pretty much identical, same switches and gauges - even has the 2 tube Tuxing filter included. I'm importing a bunch of stuff from Alibaba/China and thinking about adding this to the pallet. The first photo is the Tuxing, the 2nd is the Hatsan. Any thoughts? It's $500 direct from Tuxing. Obviously needs to be imported, but I'm in that business so it's not a huge problem for me.

No auto purge on the tuxing I believe. What type first stage filters on each. I prefer first stage be centrifugal air/water separated.

This is the problem with buying stuff from Alibaba - you don't get details like these. It seems as though Hatsan may have had their's customized with more user friendly features, but underneath they are the same. What is the auto purge feature?

If it were me and I had my mind made up I would buy 2 of them at that $500 each. One for a spare. I personally wouldn't trust them but that's just me and own 4 Yong Hengs with one being a knock off. 2 are actually not by choice. Just say I planned on having 2 total.

Heh! Ya having a spare around is always a good idea, but I've got a bit of a China hook up so if I need another I'll ship another. The person I'm dealing with at Tuxing is very responsive and I've got a person in China to whip them into shape if I need replacement parts. Hopefully it gets here in one piece.

Yo, where would you suggest getting a yong he got from?

If you're in continental US it seems like Walmart or Amazon is the best idea - with warranty it sounds like you can get another if it breaks. Someone probably has a warehouse full of them. I'm not in the US and have connections in China so I'm going straight to the source.
