I want a 25 cal with open sights.. one i can get my hands on NOW not in a month. i want open sights

hatsan hgat44s1025qes at4410 long 25 qe open sight .25 caliber black synthetic (hgat44s10l 25 qs).

i can get this off amazon for $450.. does anyone have this gun. is a review available ? any thoughts - im looking for open sights and 40 fpe+ of power.

A word of caution, Amazon doesn't accept returns on certain air rifles. They claim they contained "flammable chemicals", so if you have a problem with it, you'll be stuck with it. If you want a Hatsan look at MidwayUSA and HatsanUSA that will definitely take a return.

If you intend to shoot open sights, you know you'll be restricted to certain distances from your target because of the way pellets fly? Much better IMO to get a low mag scope you can adjust or hold [hawke vantage 2-7x32 would fit the bill]. You can still stick a green laser on your bottom pic rail and zero it to a certain distance if you gotta be real real quick on the trigger.

Or take a look at the Benjamin Bulldog .357, you can add open sights to the top pic rail. Manufacturers make different kinds of attachable open sights that will be better and more adjustable than the Hatsan OEM iron sights [which kinda stink]

Look for a 25 caliber EUN JIN SENECA Sumatra 2500 long gun preferably the 500cc version. Has open sights. Do a search it may be discontinued but has open sights and probably the most accurate and pellet friendly PCP. SUB 1 inch capable at 100 yards (with a decent scope). One Pellet hole groups at 50 yards off of a good rest easy. Power easily adjustable low enough to shoot indoors or maximum power to kill a pig.
