I have had a Hercules .22 for almost a year now. It would not hold air when I first got it, (a refurb from Hatsan USA). After getting an RMA and sending it back for repair, it has been a pretty good shooter, but now it is leaking again and is not covered under warranty. Instead of sending it to Hatsan again, I decided to order the seal kit and put it on the bench myself. I also decided that while I have the Hercules torn down I could change the barrel and pellet probe for a caliber swap to either 7.62 or 9mm. I emailed a parts request to Hatsan USA service with a list of what I desired to convert the Hercules to 9mm. Hatsan's tech wrote back to me that they "cannot provide parts for owners to intentionally modify their airguns caliber because the receivers are engraved with a caliber designator. I think I should be able to build whatever I want regardless of the number on the receiver that belongs to me . Any other source of Hatsan parts known for DIYer's?
Thanks
