Thinking about buying a Reg for my Flashpup. Any suggestions on Brand and any experience on shot count and tune abilty?

The Hatsan brand regulator is rubbish I have many of them for my other Hasan guns no wonder they're SO CHEAP live and learn I guess. I bought a HUMA but haven't installed it yet into my woody Flashpup yet. BE AWARE there are TWO DIFFERENT size regulators for the FLASH PUPS depending whether or not your stock is the WOODEN or the SYNTHETIC. SAME DIFFERENCES FOR THE RIFLE VERSION. BUY THE CORRECT ONE!!! Yo!

Can't go wrong with a huma or an altaros.... as yo said the synthetic has a larger air tube so make sure you buy the correct version.

I have the hatsan flashpup synthetic .25 that is unregulated. Brothersinair on YouTube has some awesome videos on the flashpup. I hear the huma reg is the way to go.my flashpup act's like its regulated so I personally don't feel the need to put a reg in mine.

You’re going with a regulator because you want more shots at less power correct? I’m guess your using factory air tube?

My Fp .25 also likes to be filled at 160 bar for a more consistent shot string.i have my hammer spring set at 2¾ turns out which gives me an average of 800 fps and a average of 36 fpe using the jsb 25.39 grain.but I fill to 200 bar and that gives me 4½ mags per fill. The FP .25 mags holds 10 rounds each.

I put a Lane regulator on a Bullboss 0.25 and got good results. Also had success with Huma but never used a Huma specifically on a Hatsan, although I’m confident they would work fine.

Just came across this thread. I have an Audrius in one of mine and Altaros in the other. Both great. Audrius offers excellent consistency and great quality for 59Eur (shipped). The advantage of Audrius is the larger plenum which allows high power at a low set point.

I put a Huma-Air regulator in my .25 cal Flash Pup. The device as far as I can tell works flawlessly. Right now I am tuned for FX 25.39gr pellets (I think these are pretty much the same as the FX 25.39s). My Reg is set at 140 and I have 2 and 1/4 turns out on my Hammer Spring. The stats I believe are great for an entry level gun as can be seen in the attached pic. I get about 25 consistent shots before the refill
