So I ordered some stuff from hatsan usa last week, and my stuff still hasn't even been shipped out, I sent a few emails over the course of this week asking when they would be shipped out and never gotten a response from them about it. I found the stuff alot cheaper elsewhere since it's taken so long and asked since they still have my stuff and my money if I could return it. Is this normal for it to take so long for them to ship? I really feel like since I have asked them that they are taking there sweet time sending it. I have never waited so long for a company to send the stuff I paid for, is this normal from hatsan?
