This regulated PCP has external adjustment of the HST spring, regulator, and transfer port! Note: for you more airgun savvy guys here on the forums, comparing this gun to an FX Impact is not really fair. In reality, it's probably about even with an FX Dreamlite. Hi, I live in Europe and wanted to get the Standard factor because of the lower power of the Regulated Carbon. Do you think the lower power is noticeable for small game hunting at 50 yards?

Cost of the RC is just 100 euro over the Standard factor...

Definately not noticeable. Shot placement will be better with the RC. So you will be able to hit exacly whered you want every time. 

Shot placement is everything when hunting wih air guns.

Thanks! I was thinking I need a lighter pellet (with less hitting power) then but if the 12 joule difference is not noticeable, I will go for the RC

Whilst doubting which one to get, I came across the Chinese brand "AEA"... Very interesting numbers in terms of weight, power and size. Any experience here with the assasin or Carbine?

Don't touch an AEA with a 10 foot pole. There guns were so bad, they sent me 3, and I refused to do videos on them. I sent them all back. One had the scope rail machined into the reciever crooked! It was amazing.

What do you mean by "Aea with a 10 foot pole"

I wanted to go testing a Varmint, Carbine or Assasin in. 25 cal

That's an expresion that means "stay away". They sent me 3 guns. One had the scope rail machined on to the top of the reciever crooked! So it hit 2 feet to the left at 35 yards, in an inch and a half pattern. The next one the stock kept closing by itself and pinching me. I just boxed them up and sent them back. Expect a low end gun. If they didn't charge so much it might be OK. 

A $400-$600 Hatsan will be way better quality and shoot 5X as good! 

Just as good as Hatsan if not better is KRAL. They make great guns at a good price.
