Question: How is Hatsan USA's customer service?

How would it be if I needed a part/s?

Good?

Bad?

Non-existent?

I was wanting to buy a .22 blitz but if I need something for it later, I dont want a expensive rifle I cant repair myself or have repaired.

Their system is antiquated but you get your stuff. You need to email [email protected] and enquire about the part or parts you need. Then you need to wait for them to reply with price and availability. Then your confirm you'd like to order whatever it is.

Each one of these emails is a day each. Over you get through this, your parts do show up fairly quickly. 

I don't know why they don't have parts ordering on their website.
