Hatsan blitz fails to load

So a buddy just bought a new hatsan blitz. First 3 mags functioned flawlessly. The next one 2 days later fires one to two pellets then wont close the bolt. Had to force it then it fired one or two then wouldn’t close again. Can’t remove magazine . Got through one mag tried another and same scenerio. Air still above 200 bar
any thoughts?

first chase the barrel to be sure its clear .. then check the spring .. typical scenario is theres a spring play adjustment 'inside' the hammer, a large set screw facing rearward, it backs in giving way too much play and the hammer eats the spring and kinks it .. just check it all out ... i wouldnt change the rear adjuster, but carelly straighten the spring with a couple of needle nosers if its chewed, then adjust that set screw so theres about an eighth or maybe a tad less free play in the bolt 'uncoked' and fully forward ..

May also check the fill port cover it opens and closes when cocked and could be binding up.

A pellet is createing the mag jam. I tapped a rod down the barrel to back out the pellet while jiggling the mag free. I would replace the breach seal after that. I think its simply a pellet jam possibly caused by a dislodged breach seal oring.
