Hatsan Hatsan Blitz 777 (Refined Semi/Full Auto Beast) w/ 180 shots per fill (Video Review)

Revisiting my bulged right cover and dislocated pin, I decided to have a look at the photo's I took of the gun when it was brand new out of the box. And yes, there was a clear picture amongst them of the right side cover. And you can see that the cover was not properly seated from the beginning and that the pin was not fully inserted into the cover. Thus being only lightly supported by the cover, it is no wonder that the pin slowly got hammered forward. I also posted this picture on a thread in a Dutch airgun forum on aug 2nd, the day my gun arrived. One can also see that there is no airpressure yet in the gun, since I did not have my bottle or compressor yet, so the fun hadn't fired a single shot yet.
So I now have conclusive evidence that this is due to poor assembly from the factory. I have contacted my seller and am curious how it will be handled. (though unfortunately I have learned not to expect much in that regard).

Judging by the position my pin is now in, I suspect I will have the same issue with the hole on the other side being elongated. Too bad because the blitz really is a fun gun while it lasts and it shouldn't be too hard to keep it lasting. Didn't you at least get replacement pins or parts?
Would there be enough room in the frame to drill the elongated hole out and put a bushing in it?

I didn't see anything on the other side that concerned me. But I did get Hatsan to send me some replacement pins. I still need one pin from them that sheared in half, but I apparently gave them the wrong part number, so it's my fault that I don't have that piece right now
