Not new to shooting but new to airgunning so I may as well be new to shooting. Installed a Huma reg. in my brand new Bullboss .22. Began the tuning process. went to unscrew the air tube and it is unscrewing from the valve. In other words i have no other way to degas than to dry fire .Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I don't like to dry fir but that's what Im going to do as long as necessary. I have ordered a new valve and reservoir assembly in case I damage the valve when removing. Thanks for the help.

Tuning Hatsan air tube and valve.

Screw your air tube back in, and pressurize it back to 200 BAR. The added pressure pushing against the valve should lock it in place so you can unscrew the air tube and valve from the gun. Hatsan owner myself.

Thank you. I had thought about that but didn't want to blow my head off. Didn't have to go all the way to 200 but it worked out. Thanks again for your reply.
