Hatsan Hatsan 95 trigger broken part?

Bought a Hatsan 95 a couple months ago. Went to shoot it earlier today and found this part coming out of the trigger assy. Not 100% sure on the name of the part. I believe it's #109 on the part diagram. What is the best route on resolving this? I prefer not to exchange the entire rifle as it seems to be accurate (I've read about bad barrels, etc) Thanks

so everywhere is look after finding the trigger group they are out of stock and that is interesting
with that one post it seems they sell the complete unit which is good and bad the bad is the same weak part will be in the next one or maybe they have manufactured the sear in a better way
and even if you have buy the group complete the price would be cheaper or a push for send the rifle in for service
so, far Hatsan products as a whole will be hard to find parts for, a huge negative for the consumer

I got a response and it was a bit vague. Their response simply said they will be happy to send a replacement part.

Kinda discouraging it broke. Only shot 100ish rounds through it. When I got this i tried adjusting the trigger and didn't seem to respond to adjustments, likely due to it being broken?

The funny thing is it still appears to work without the broken piece, I suspect the other portion of the part will dislodge itself and wont work eventually.

you know i have stared at that for too damn long not to realize that it is the point where the spring connects
i would just drill the sear and mount it back up but
i would look for a light sear spring steel spring is just cutting through poor quality cast metal and then they remove half the material so the spring will hook beyond stupid
i looked for M2 threaded eyebolt to repair what you have but come up empty
a small stainless ring might work for a while, i would have to look for something that made a light bulb go off in my head
the problem as i see it is
this will fail and fail and fail the parts should have been temper steel with enough material to not fail
now something like this even in wood threads could be attached use a small hole and use the screw tap itself and some epoxy for good measure
just an idea

It’s a common known issue , no one has had it happen more than Bedrock Bob. He shoots 3000 a week, from many Hatsans. He has had them all break. It’s a part that’s not needed if you know the original Quatro design with a bushing..
That being said I have a complete HATSAN Trigger unit laying here. wink😉
Not needed? Is there any way to point me on the direction regarding the bushing on the original design.

I suppose I should take this apart so I understand a bit more on the design.

That’s a original Quatro. The pin is 5 mm iirc. It’s the same diameter as the broken piece you have. You need it to be C clipped in or you makea inner metal bushing that fits the smaller pin you have.
it’s a great trigger that can be really predictable with a few mods. Both screws can be replaced for longer ones to adjust finner.
will it ever be a REKORD. ,no but close with no creep. 1 lb break like glass.

Excellent description. I can make a bushing for the existing pin when i get into this.

Im new to the inner workings of triggers, etc. Your info is helpful and much appreciated.

I made a bushing. The 5mm dimension seems correct. I made this in brass quick, is this what im trying to achieve? I believe I will omit that spring?

Bob was who contacted me for my trigger part. He kindly sent me a HW97 hand made breach block to hold it open uncocked for cleaning.

I homemade a block to keep a break barrel fron "accidentally" decocking when cleaning or whatever

Bob's timing was perfect as I had just got the idea to do one my self. The only problem is Bob's breach block is a work of art and a shame to get it full of cleaning fluids. 😆
