Hatsan 135 .30cal forearm bolt was broken apart

I have had this rifle for only 2 months, and it has less than 200 shots. Two days ago, it got inaccurate and shoot higher with open sights, so I adjusted the sight, but it did not change much. Last night I was shooting in my bedroom as usual. After "bang", the forearm bolt just dropped on the carpet in 2 pieces. I already contacted Hatsan, and they will send me a new bolt. So, does anyone know what could cause this issue? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening? I appreciate your help !

When you get the new one put some blue loctite on it. Put loctite on all the stock screws. If one comes loose it could cause others to break.
