Has anyone tried the 43 grain NSA slugs in their fx impacts?

Moe, I was just shooting the 43gr out of my MK3 Sniper last weekend @955. Ordered a box of the 47's as well just to compare. The 43's were quite happy out to 100. I do have the newer 1:22 Superior liner in now, it came with the 1:37. Depending on your generation MK2 it could be a 1:37 or 1:26 out of the factory I believe. Hope they work for you.

Aawesome! Thanks for the info. I guess I have no idea what liner is in here. I'll ask the previous owner.

Thanks again!

Did you by chance shoot groups at 100? How tight were they?

Moe, was the end of the day when I pulled out the WC to just see what the NSA's did and for a starting point, 950's was tighter than I expected @ 2MOA. I will have time in the next few week to tune it for whichever NSA it likes the best between the 43 and 47's. I noticed you were looking for a new 700 liner and would like to hear your story with what you find.

I am shooting the NSA 43 grains with a Superior 600mm liner on a 2nd gen Impact with power plenum and other mods. Also put one of Earnest's carbon fiber liners on the barrel. They shoot well at about 960fps. Only problem I have with them is with the original small magazines about one per mag will turn sideways and jam. Have a CARM magazine on order and hope it works with these slugs because I would like to keep this tune to switch between slugs and JSG 44 grains.
